| Features |
The powerful vibrating motor is characterized by a precision two section differential. Continuous speed control is achieved by combining the motor and inverter.The interior of the tub is lined with polyurethane rubber and is very durable. The work platform is ergonomically designed to allow comfortable work by all operators. The vibratory screw rotation has an adjustable angle. Vibrating frequency can be adjusted to match the media. | Applications |
Applications include the removal of any burrs and rough surfaces on cast, forged and machined ornamental articles in order to achieve a better surface finish. It can also be used to remove rough surfaces on non-metallic articles such as PVC, acrylic resin and other plastic materials. It is ideal for irregular shapes which cannot be finished manually. It is also ideal to prepare castings for surface finishes prior to electroplating or painting and it enhances the adhesion of the treatment and reduces defects.

Automatic Material Separating Vibratory Machines |
| 1. The Vibratory Drum is screw shaped. |
| 2. As Vibratory Process is completed, Screening Process proceeds automatically saving labor. |
| 3. Separation of processed material is accomplished after finishing is completed by turning down the selection valve. This allows the media to return to the tub and sends the finished parts over the screen and to the discharge. |
| 4. Selection of finished parts takes about five minutes per tub. |

| This design is for applications requiring removal of oxidized film, burrs and sharp edges. It features automatic loading and unloading by tilting to one side for easy feeding. The operation principle utilizes a high speed rotation bottom plate for generating centrifugal force to move the work pieces and media in a rolling whirlpool action. |

This unit is specially designed to remove fluids and dry parts after vibratory finishing is completed. During operation its interior temperature is between 50 to 80 degrees C. Normal cycle time is one to five minutes. The base is made of cast iron to allow solid positioning. The inner and outer cylinders are made of stainless steel for strength and durability. The heater on the aluminum lid is designed to provide heat directly to the parts. The power system is automatically controlled by a temperature controller.

The shape of the media is determined by the angle and shape of the parts to be processed. Media choice depends on the materials and finish required. We can assist our customers in determining the proper media for their application. We can take unfinished samples and process them and provide finished samples to meet any specification.
We also make a variety of specialized finishing machines to meet any requirement. We can supply other types of media and consult with the customer to come up with the best result for his product.
Our vibratory equipment and related finishing and drying machines can be combined to provide a complete package to fill any application. With the proper media selection, a wide range of finishes and surfaces can be had to assist in either smooth, uniform,as cast finishes suitable for functional parts or surfaces for painting or plating of decorative components.
